A place for portraits

Hi All

One of my favourite things to photograph is environmental portraits…people on location. The environment either means something to the person being photographed, or in the case of the following images, makes the portrait more interesting.

These images were taken for the University of Tasmania, with no specific use in mind for the shots, but images that could be used in a variety of situations.

For those of you not aware, I have an exhibition of portraits (with a difference) opening at the Burnie Regional Art Gallery in February 2019. I will keep you up to date with happenings in regard to this as we get closer. I’m only about a third of the way through shooting the images Some have proven to be quite a challenge.
